Drabble

He was helpless to repel the
assault. His body was convulsing. His skull felt like it was going to
explode. He toppled over the bales of hay.
"HOSS!"
Adam saw his brother collapse and ran toward him.
"Hey, big brother, take it easy."
"Something's wrong…Adam, oh God…don't let then hurt me."
"Hoss, who's been hurting you…"
"Adam, they've been stalking me and they finally got me."
"Who, Hoss, tell me who?"
"Adam don't let them come back…promise."
Adam grabbed Hoss' massive shoulders and assured him, "I promise.
Just tell me who."
"They're killing me…Joe and his dadburn stalks of celery!"
